UAEM\u00c9X SU POL\u00cdTICA INSTITUCIONAL DE IGUALDAD DE G\u00c9NERO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Consejo Consultivo Universitario para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia se aprob\u00f3 la Pol\u00edtica Institucional de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Consultivo Universitario para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico (UAEM\u00e9x) aprob\u00f3 la Pol\u00edtica Institucional de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero para esta casa de estudios, documento que ser\u00e1 de car\u00e1cter general y obligatorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, que encabez\u00f3 el rector de la UAEM\u00e9x, Carlos Eduardo Barrera D\u00edaz, la coordinadora Institucional de Equidad de G\u00e9nero (CIEG), Alejandra Carmona Casta\u00f1eda, dio a conocer los objetivos de la Pol\u00edtica, que se centran en transversalizar y superar las desigualdades, violencias y brechas de g\u00e9nero que existen en todos los \u00e1mbitos del quehacer universitario, reconociendo y promoviendo la igualdad sustantiva de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como dise\u00f1ar acciones dirigidas a impulsar y fomentar actitudes, comportamientos, conductas que conduzcan a la construcci\u00f3n de una cultura de paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, indic\u00f3 que el Plan de Trabajo de Cultura de Paz 2023 busca fortalecer en todos los aspectos relacionados con la comunidad universitaria la erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia, a trav\u00e9s de conductas y perspectiva de paz en todos los actos y labor, que ser\u00e1 obligatoria de implementar para las autoridades universitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n contempla el desarrollar acciones e implementar medidas y adecuaciones institucionales en los \u00e1mbitos de docencia, investigaci\u00f3n y extensi\u00f3n, reconociendo la diversidad sexo gen\u00e9rica, las subjetividades modos y trayectorias de vida de las personas que integran la comunidad universitaria, as\u00ed como erradicar todo tipo de violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n por razones de g\u00e9nero, identidad sexual, promoviendo el ejercicio de los derechos de las personas de la comunidad universitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se dio a conocer que para lograr esta Pol\u00edtica Institucional se trabajar\u00e1 bajo seis l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas: la igualdad de g\u00e9nero, crear espacios universitarios libres de violencia y promotores de paz, docencia y formaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y libre de violencia, investigaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, proceso y gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de la violencia de g\u00e9nero y discriminaci\u00f3n en los \u00e1mbitos acad\u00e9mico y administrativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Consultivo Universitario para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia, estar\u00e1 integrado por la Presidencia, que ser\u00e1 ocupada por la persona titular de la Rector\u00eda; una Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva, que ser\u00e1 ocupada por la persona titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Rector\u00eda; as\u00ed como, la Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica, que ser\u00e1 ocupada por la persona titular de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Institucional de Equidad de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, ocho vocal\u00edas ocupadas por la persona titular de la Defensor\u00eda de los Derechos Universitarios; la persona titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Equidad de G\u00e9nero de la Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones Aut\u00f3nomas de Personal Acad\u00e9mico de la UAEM (FAAPAUAEM); la persona titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura y Acci\u00f3n Femenil del Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores y Empleados al Servicio de la UAEM (SUTESUAEM); la persona titular de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de la Maestr\u00eda en G\u00e9nero, Sociedad y Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas, de la Facultad de Ciencias Pol\u00edticas y Sociales de la UAEM; la persona titular de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de la Especialidad en G\u00e9nero, Violencia y Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas, de la Facultad de Ciencias Pol\u00edticas y Sociales de la UAEM; la persona representante de los Comit\u00e9s de G\u00e9nero de los espacios universitarios; la persona titular de la Oficina del Abogado General, y la persona titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Comunicaci\u00f3n Universitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes el secretario de Rector\u00eda, Marco Aurelio Cienfuegos Terr\u00f3n; la abogada General, Luz Mar\u00eda Consuelo Jaimes Legorreta, la secretaria de Planeaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Institucional, Mar\u00eda Esther Aurora Contreras Lara Vega; el secretario de Finanzas, Octavio Bernal Ramos, la secretaria T\u00e9cnica de Rector\u00eda, Yolanda Ballesteros Sent\u00edes, la directora general de Comunicaci\u00f3n Universitaria, Ginarely Valencia Alc\u00e1ntara, el Defensor Universitario Titular de la Defensor\u00eda de los Derechos Universitarios, Yoab Osiris Ram\u00edrez Prado, as\u00ed como las integrantes de la comunidad
