{"id":4286,"date":"2021-11-08T14:17:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T20:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/?p=4286"},"modified":"2021-11-10T14:21:49","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T20:21:49","slug":"proponen-expedir-la-ley-estatal-de-acceso-y-promocion-de-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/index.php\/2021\/11\/08\/proponen-expedir-la-ley-estatal-de-acceso-y-promocion-de-la-paz\/","title":{"rendered":"Proponen expedir la Ley Estatal de Acceso y Promoci\u00f3n de la Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El diputado Sergio Garc\u00eda Sosa, coordinador del grupo parlamentario del PT en el Congreso mexiquense, propuso expedir la Ley Estatal de Acceso y Promoci\u00f3n de la Paz que busca hacer respetar, proteger, promover y garantizar la paz como un derecho humano del que todas las personas, sin distinci\u00f3n alguna, son titulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n deliberante, el legislador explic\u00f3 que no basta con agravar las penas de los hechos delictivos, pues se deben combatir desde su origen, y esta ley busca consolidar el respeto a los derechos humanos, la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como una educaci\u00f3n que abone a la cultura de respeto, para lo cual, propone que la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno coordine las acciones del Ejecutivo estatal en materia de promoci\u00f3n de la paz y elabore el Programa Estatal de Promoci\u00f3n de la Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, plantea la creaci\u00f3n de un Consejo Consultivo que d\u00e9 seguimiento a las actividades de la secretar\u00eda y procese las propuestas de la ciudadan\u00eda sobre este tema, en tanto que los municipios podr\u00e1n expedir disposiciones para el acceso y promoci\u00f3n de la paz, as\u00ed como integrar consejos, o dependencias relacionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador consider\u00f3 que este ordenamiento es necesario ante el crecimiento de la inseguridad en la entidad, pues en junio de 2021 se registraron 15 mil 782 actos delictivos, que significan un incremento de 72% respecto al mismo mes de 2020, adem\u00e1s de que durante ese a\u00f1o se han registrado 4 mil 956 casos de homicidios dolosos y la entidad es la que registr\u00f3 el mayor n\u00famero de feminicidios durante 2019 y 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa fue remitida a la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales para su dictamen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La iniciativa fue remitida a la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales para su dictamen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4288,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[96,1088],"class_list":["post-4286","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-gobierno","tag-pt","tag-sergio-garcia"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
