GUILLERMO ZAMACONA LA NECESIDAD DE INFORMAR LIBREMENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Informar libremente no solo es un derecho sino tambi\u00e9n es una necesidad en cualquier r\u00e9gimen que pretenda el absolutismo y la tiran\u00eda, advirti\u00f3 el diputado Guillermo Zamacona Urquiza, presidente del Comit\u00e9 Permanente de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social de la LXI Legislatura local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al hacer la declaratoria inaugural de este \u00f3rgano legislativo sostuvo que el Congreso debe ser ejemplo de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la forma de comunicar, estar actualizado y tener mecanismos para ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa labor period\u00edstica y la comunicaci\u00f3n sobre el trabajo del Estado es un pilar fundamental de las democracias modernas\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el legislador pri\u00edsta al establecer que el trabajo de los periodistas debe ser considerado una v\u00eda para la transparencia, para el parlamento abierto y para la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agradeci\u00f3 la vocaci\u00f3n de los periodistas por su valent\u00eda en el desempe\u00f1o de su trabajo y reconoci\u00f3 su labor por moldear la vida democr\u00e1tica del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa prensa libre y plural ha sido un motor de cambio del pa\u00eds, han sido los ojos de la sociedad y la voz de los menos privilegiados\u201d, destac\u00f3 ante periodistas y comunicadores invitados a la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que diputadas y diputados e integrantes del gremio period\u00edstico, le comunicaron sus inquietudes para facilitar el ejercicio period\u00edstico y la transparencia, contar con versiones estenogr\u00e1ficas digitales y p\u00fablicas de las sesiones, actualizar el equipamiento de la sala de prensa, el manejo fotogr\u00e1fico, adem\u00e1s de modificar la periodicidad de la revista y que sea digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped
