{"id":10368,"date":"2024-10-28T14:30:10","date_gmt":"2024-10-28T20:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/?p=10368"},"modified":"2024-11-05T14:33:53","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T20:33:53","slug":"uaemex-referente-a-nivel-nacional-en-la-formacion-de-profesionales-en-turismo-y-gastronomia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/index.php\/2024\/10\/28\/uaemex-referente-a-nivel-nacional-en-la-formacion-de-profesionales-en-turismo-y-gastronomia\/","title":{"rendered":"UAEM\u00c9X, REFERENTE A NIVEL NACIONAL EN LA FORMACI\u00d3N DE PROFESIONALES EN TURISMO Y GASTRONOM\u00cdA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>* El rector de la UAEM\u00e9x, Carlos Eduardo Barrera D\u00edaz, encabez\u00f3 la lectura del primer informe anual de actividades del director de la Facultad de Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda, Ricardo Hern\u00e1ndez L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* En el acto se entreg\u00f3 un tanque estacionario de tres mil 400 litros, 250 pupitres, cinco mesas con sombrilla para jard\u00edn, 15 computadoras y 15 sillas para personal administrativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Facultad de Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico (UAEM\u00e9x) se ha dedicado a la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales que han contribuido a modernizar los servicios tur\u00edsticos y de gastronom\u00eda en nuestra bella y rica entidad mexiquense, destac\u00f3 el rector Carlos Eduardo Barrera D\u00edaz, durante la lectura del primer informe anual de actividades del director de este espacio acad\u00e9mico, Ricardo Hern\u00e1ndez L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previo a este ejercicio de transparencia, Barrera D\u00edaz hizo entrega de un tanque estacionario de tres mil 400 litros, 250 pupitres, cinco mesas con sombrilla para jard\u00edn, 15 computadoras y 15 sillas para personal administrativo, as\u00ed como el mantenimiento de hornos y estufas, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer las actividades acad\u00e9micas de la Facultad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-05-at-2.31.50-PM-720x480.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-05-at-2.31.50-PM-720x480.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-05-at-2.31.50-PM-548x365.jpeg 548w, https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-05-at-2.31.50-PM-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/expressometro.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-05-at-2.31.50-PM.jpeg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En este acto, el rector de la M\u00e1xima Casa de Estudios mexiquense entreg\u00f3 la Presea al M\u00e9rito Universitario \u201cIgnacio Manuel Altamirano Basilio\u201d 2024 a Karla G\u00f3mez Cuevas y los reconocimientos por obtener el tercer lugar en el Primer Concurso Panamericano de Bar y Cocteler\u00eda por la Confederaci\u00f3n Panamericana de Escuelas de Hoteler\u00eda, Gastronom\u00eda y Turismo (CONPEHT) 2024 a Antonio Amanquiel Cort\u00e9s Peralta y por el M\u00e9rito al Talento Tur\u00edstico y Gastron\u00f3mico 2023 a Aldo Bernal Ru\u00edz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barrera D\u00edaz coment\u00f3 que esta facultad destaca por su pertinencia y excelencia acad\u00e9mica, pues sus dos programas de licenciatura -Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda- se encuentran acreditados por el Consejo Nacional para la Calidad de la Educaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica A.C. (CONAET), ya que cumplen con el enfoque del Sistema de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Acreditaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (SEAES); adem\u00e1s, ambas carreras en modalidad mixta fueron reestructuradas, donde el programa en Turismo cambi\u00f3 su nombre a Licenciatura en Gesti\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, el rector de la Aut\u00f3noma mexiquense explic\u00f3 que a esta oferta acad\u00e9mica se suman programas en estudios avanzados como las maestr\u00edas en Estudios Tur\u00edsticos y en Gesti\u00f3n de la Gastronom\u00eda Tradicional, resaltando esta \u00faltima, por formar parte del Sistema Nacional de Posgrados (SNP) del Consejo Nacional de Humanidades, Ciencias y Tecnolog\u00edas (Conahcyt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, Barrera D\u00edaz remarc\u00f3 la importante actividad estudiantil y docente de la Facultad de Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda, pues el alumnado ha destacado por obtener primeros lugares en concursos nacionales, mientras que las y los acad\u00e9micos contribuyen a la generaci\u00f3n de conocimiento con la publicaci\u00f3n \u201cEl Periplo Sustentable\u201d, que est\u00e1 registrada en el Sistema de Clasificaci\u00f3n de Revistas Mexicanas de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda del Conahcyt, en la categor\u00eda Revista de Competencia Internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este ejercicio de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, el director Ricardo Hern\u00e1ndez L\u00f3pez entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento especial al rector de la UAEM\u00e9x, por su importante labor en la gesti\u00f3n universitaria y su invaluable apoyo en beneficio de la comunidad de esta facultad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hern\u00e1ndez L\u00f3pez detall\u00f3 que en el periodo que se informa, la Facultad de Gastronom\u00eda y Turismo registr\u00f3 una matr\u00edcula de mil 167 estudiantes, obteniendo una gran mejora en indicadores clave como el \u00edndice de reprobaci\u00f3n, que disminuy\u00f3 a 11.5 por ciento; mientras que el abandono escolar se redujo a 7.4 por ciento, lo cual es muestra del compromiso de este espacio acad\u00e9mico con la calidad educativa e inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al acto asistieron la secretaria de Planeaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Institucional, Mar\u00eda Esther Aurora Contreras Lara Vega; la profesora consejera universitaria, Maribel Osorio Garc\u00eda; la alumna consejera universitaria, Giomara
